Our range of Pressure-Sensitive Hot Melt Adhesives includes a range manufactured with zero-waste technology: the individual blocks are wrapped in a protective film – which melts together with the glue without leaving residue – while the secondary packaging has been optimised to cut cardboard consumption by 30%.
Our Granulated Hot Melt Adhesives are solvent-free products, which are solid at room temperature and must be melted before application. Adhesion and cohesion occur during cooling, thanks to the thermoplastic properties of the components.
Their versatility allows for virtually unlimited applications in numerous sectors, guaranteeing high yields and reduced consumption, rapid production processes thanks to very short setting times, impeccable performance even on difficult or irregular surfaces, elastic bonding, reactivation by heat, and chemical and mechanical resistance.
Pressure-Sensitive Hot Melt Adhesives supplied in “free pack” or “zero waste” packs which minimise both the primary and secondary packaging with cost savings of up to 40%.
Our range of FP Pressure-Sensitive Hot Melt adhesives is packaged with zero waste technology: the individual blocks are wrapped in a protective film – which melts together with the glue without leaving residue – while the secondary packaging has been optimised using cardboard boxes and stretch film to cut the consumption of packaging material by 30%. Free Pack FP boxes, 15 kg, containing 30 x 500 g blocks wrapped in hot-soluble film.
